กบ ฟุ้งซ่านตัวหนึ่งนั่งอยู่ข้างกำแพงวัด ทุกเช้ามันเฝ้าดูพระออกเดินบิณฑบาตตั้งแต่เช้ามืด พอพระกลับมา
ถึงวัดเพื่อฉันเช้า...
กบมันนึกในใจ อยากเกิดเป็นพระ เป็น พระสบายดี มีคนถวายอาหารให้กินทุกวัน ..
เมื่อพระฉันเสร็จ ก็นำอาหารที่เหลือมากมายนั้นไปให้เด็กวัดกินต่อ แล้วเด็กวัดก็กินกันอย่างเอร็ดอร่อย

ตอนนี้ กบเปลี่ยนใจ อยากเกิดเป็นเด็กวัด แล้ว เพราะสบายกว่าพระ
มันเห็นเด็กวัดหลายคนตื่นสายได้และไม่ต้องออกตามพระไปบิณฑบาตก็ได้ สบายกว่าเยอะเลย...
เมื่อเด็กวัดกินเสร็จ ก็โกยเศษอาหารที่เหลือทั้งหมดให้หมาวัดไปกินแล้วเด็กวัดทุกคนก็ไปช่วยกัน
ล้างจาน...
ถึงตอนนี้ กบเปลี่ยนใจ อยากเกิดเป็นหมาวัด แล้ว เพราะไม่ต้องล้างจาน เหมือนเด็กวัด สบายกว่า

พอหมาวัดกินอาหารเสร็จก็แยกย้ายไปทำหน้าที่เฝ้าบริเวณวัด คอยเห่าคนแปลกหน้า...
ฝูงแมลงวันก็บินมาตอมและกินเศษอาหารต่อจากหมาวัด
ถึงตอนนี้ กบเปลี่ยนใจ(อีกแล้ว) อยากเกิดเป็นแมลงวัน เพราะสบายที่สุดไม่ต้องทำอะไรเลย หนำซ้ำยัง
มีกองอาหารให้กินไม่มีหมดด้วย...
ขณะที่เจ้ากบฟุ้งซ่านกำลังคิดเพลินๆอยู่นั้น พอดีหันมาเห็นแมลงวันบินมาใกล้ๆ จึงใช้ลิ้นตวัดเอาแมลงวัน
เข้าปากตัวเองกินโดยสัญชาตญาณ ..
